The Fimap My50B Comes Complete With: l Battery kit (incl charger), Brush, Charger, Squeegee blades.
The Fimap My50B is a budget version of a battery-powered floor scrubber. FIMAP engineers managed to create a machine that compares favorably with similar models of competitors in its affordable price, but surpasses them in productivity and reliability. This was made possible by maximally simplifying the machine’s design, reducing the number of electro-mechanical components.
The noise absorption system guarantees sound pressure lower than required by current safety standards. The noise level during machine operation is less than 65 dB, which allows its use at sites with special requirements for maintaining silence (hospitals, hotels, etc.).

Particulars:
The suction beam made of impact-resistant plastic deflects when turning, ensuring effective removal of moisture. Bumper rollers located along its edges provide additional safety when encountering obstacles.
Separate tanks for clean and dirty water are housed in one housing made of impact-resistant hygienic plastic.
The wide filler neck of the clean water tank is equipped with a foam plug to prevent splashes and also acts as a filter when pouring in the cleaning solution.
A special transparent hose allows the operator to fill the tank with clean tap water and visually monitor the level of the cleaning solution in the tank.
The float chamber protects the suction turbine motor from overflow.
The removable dirty water tank lid allows for easy and convenient cleaning and rinsing of the entire dirty water tank.
The sloping bottom of the dirty water tank allows for the water to be completely drained from it through a large diameter drain hose that is placed on the casing of the washing brush.

Hire Delivery
You can collect the equipment yourself, or if required, delivery is charged at £1 + vat per mile from Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 8TH (minimum £30 + vat) (fixed rate £80 + vat for Central London). This price includes training at the point of delivery. Hire deliveries are usually between 9am – 12 midday. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before midday and may be available after midday subject to availability.

Delivery/Collection Terms & Conditions – Delivery is to UK Mainland only. The Customer will allow and/or procure sufficient access to and from the relevant site and procure sufficient unloading space, facilities, equipment and access to utilities for Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd employees, subcontractors and/or agents to allow them to carry out the Services. The Customer will ensure that the site where the Services are to be performed is, where necessary, cleared and prepared before the Services are due to commence. If any Services are delayed, postponed and/or are cancelled due to the Customer failing to comply with its obligations the Customer will be liable to pay Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd’s additional standard charges from time to time for such delay, postponement and/or cancellation except where the delay is due to a Force Majeure event.
Damage, Loss, Mis delivery or Non-delivery – Email office@cleanes.co.uk within 3 business days of the despatch date. Any damage must be recorded on the delivery note at the time of the delivery. Take photos of the damaged item and damaged packaging.
Claims – Once a claim has been reported to office@cleanes.co.uk, we will forward the ‘Notification letter’ on to the Customer. The letter will detail the deadlines that must be followed. The ‘Notification letter’ then needs to be returned to office@cleanes.co.uk with all evidence requested.
