We have carried out our services for a wide range of companies both small and large, some of which are listed on ‘Our Customers’ tab. Initially Techni Check Ltd was set up to provide machine refurbishment, PAT Testing and related services to the cleaning industry.

Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd is a very adaptable company and is able to offer its customers a personal friendly service, tailored to meet various individual needs. Cleaning machine manufacturers are changing and improving their cleaning equipment, new innovations are entering the market and customers are changing their buying trends to follow the best value equipment all the time. In recognition of this, Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd has strived to provide its customers with a flexible, professional solution combining our range of services across these various different types and brands of equipment. As a result, we can eliminate the time, hassle and cost to our customers from having to arrange for different companies to carry out these services individually.

You can collect the equipment yourself, or if required, delivery is charged at £1 + vat per mile from Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 8TH (minimum £30 + vat) (fixed rate £80 + vat for Central London). This price includes training at the point of delivery. Hire deliveries are usually between 9am – 12 midday. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before midday and may be available after midday subject to availability.

Delivery/Collection Terms & Conditions – Delivery is to UK Mainland only. The Customer will allow and/or procure sufficient access to and from the relevant site and procure sufficient unloading space, facilities, equipment and access to utilities for Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd employees, subcontractors and/or agents to allow them to carry out the Services. The Customer will ensure that the site where the Services are to be performed is, where necessary, cleared and prepared before the Services are due to commence. If any Services are delayed, postponed and/or are cancelled due to the Customer failing to comply with its obligations the Customer will be liable to pay Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd’s additional standard charges from time to time for such delay, postponement and/or cancellation except where the delay is due to a Force Majeure event.
Damage, Loss, Mis delivery or Non-delivery – Email office@cleanes.co.uk within 3 business days of the despatch date. Any damage must be recorded on the delivery note at the time of the delivery. Take photos of the damaged item and damaged packaging.
Commercial & Industrial Cleaning Equipment Repairs
We can carry out repairs & maintenance on all Tennant equipment and Karcher scrubber driers. Unfortunately, at this time we do not carry out repairs or service any other type of equipment. Our engineers carry a large stock of parts for on-site repairs. This eliminates the time, cost and hassle of arranging for individual companies to carry out repairs on your equipment.
With our workshops, warehouse facilities and a team of field service engineers, we provide a rapid response service for both domestic & commercial customers.
If you are able to bring your equipment to our workshop in Lancing near Brighton we can carry out repairs for you to save you the cost of a call-out.
To improve efficiency we can also combine our range of services to help with your budget. For example, we can PAT Test all equipment on site when carrying out a repair, or we can collect a machine, repair it and deliver it to another site etc.
If for any reason we need to remove your equipment to our workshop for repair, we can in most cases provide a free temporary replacement machine to enable you to continue working whilst your equipment is being repaired.
We have negotiated discounts with many of our suppliers, and we are able to pass our discounts onto our customers when fitting parts etc.

Commercial & Industrial Cleaning Equipment Servicing
Regular servicing helps to prolong the life of your cleaning equipment and also reduces the number of breakdowns. This means that not only does your equipment run more efficiently, but it saves you time and money through loss of productivity or expensive repairs.
Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd are able to service and carry out service schedules for most types of cleaning equipment. Our qualified engineers will carry out a full service either on-site or at our workshops ensuring that you are getting the best performance from your equipment at all times.
We will even give your equipment a complimentary clean after the service so that not only can you feel the difference, you can see it as well.

PAT Testing
You, as an employer, have a responsibility to maintain, in safe working order, all electrical equipment used in your business.
If you haven’t already done so, it is essential that you protect your employees and yourself by implementing an Electrical Appliance Inspection & Testing System.
Our PAT Testing Service
Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd provide advice and a comprehensive, fully managed Inspection & Testing service which includes periodic inspection, test and repair of appliances along with full supporting documentation, to help you meet your legal obligations.
As we can incorporate repairs with PAT Testing, we will not fail equipment leaving you short, but will repair the equipment on site.
All equipment tested will be labelled and test results will be recorded onto PAT Test certificates.
You will be notified in advance when your items are next due for renewal.

Due to the increasing popularity of daytime cleaning, Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd have set up a specialist battery supply and service division. Batteries are one of the greatest costs relating to these machines, so it is important that the right batteries are used and properly maintained.
As approved suppliers for some of the world’s leading battery manufacturers, Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd are able to offer a range of cleaning machine batteries to suit customer needs. These include discounted manufacturers replacement batteries, less expensive alternatives and premium, high-performance, long-life alternatives.
We supply batteries to fit floor scrubber dryers and sweepers including all battery-operated cleaning machines including wet deep cycle traction batteries, gel maintenance-free batteries and lithium batteries.
In addition to supplying batteries (nationally), Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd can also deliver and fit batteries (within our service area) and also train personnel on maintenance and care of batteries to prolong their life.

If you currently own equipment which you are not using, then why not consider refurbishing it to bring it back to life? Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd are experienced and fully trained in transporting all items of cleaning equipment, including faulty heavy machinery which can be difficult to move.
Whether you need to move a single machine locally, or you need to relocate an entire fleet of contracted equipment to various sites across the country, we can provide very competitive rates with drivers who are experienced in the specific needs of moving sensitive cleaning equipment.
We can also provide short or long term storage for equipment if required.

Commercial & Industrial Cleaning Equipment Removal & Recycling
Some equipment may be classed as hazardous waste due to the materials they are made of and batteries etc. Due to new legislation, this equipment must be correctly disposed of by law.
We are able to safely remove equipment & batteries etc. from sites and strip them down for economic disposal.
We will always endeavour to recycle as much of the machine as possible and currently, we are able to recycle up to 90% which really helps to look after the environment!
Commercial & Industrial Cleaning Equipment Staff Training
For new equipment as well as in-service equipment we can provide onsite training and refresher training within our service area. Our training program is divided into three sections:
The first shows the user what the machine is for and how it operates. This ensures the equipment is used correctly and to its full capacity.
The second shows the user how to maintain the machine correctly. This prolongs the equipment’s working life and will reduce the need for repairs.
The third includes basic fault finding and user repairs. Again this will reduce the need for unnecessary repair callouts.

When in need, the KIRA B 50 will return to the docking station and autonomously charge batteries, refill fresh water, drain waste water and rinse tank without you lifting a finger!

The latest addition to our growing list of charities that we support is the international non-profit organisation called Sea Shepherd https://www.seashepherd.org.uk/. This organisation is a dangerous, life-risking job with the aim to protect the species and the ecosystem to ensure a surviving future by ending wildlife and habitat destruction. The over 40 years old organisation directly involves themselves and acts when illegal activities occur within the seas. They act by investigating, documenting, educating, and taking action. Actions that take place are protecting and restoring coastal and marine regions, beach clean-ups, removing ‘ghost’ fishing gear from the coastline, and exposing dolphins and pilot whales killed in the Danish Faroe Islands to name a few.

Another worthy cause added to our regular monthly list of donations is League Against Cruel Sports https://www.league.org.uk/ ‘Driven by compassion and empowered by knowledge, we protect animals in our sanctuaries, carry out investigations to expose law-breaking and cruelty to animals, and campaign for stronger animal protection laws. Our sanctuaries provide animals with a haven, one free of hunting and shooting. Home to an array of animals, we provide protection through ‘sporting rights’, as well as providing an environment where wildlife can thrive. Our team of professional Investigators work continuously to ensure that we have effective and enforced animal protection laws; gathering vital surveillance needed to bring those responsible to justice. Our confidential supporter-funded Animal Crimewatch service allows the public to confidentially report cruelty to animals in the name of ‘sport’. We continue to educate the public and policymakers through high-profile work in the media and expert behind-the-scenes lobbying in Parliament. We also protect animals through our campaigning; uniting voices to achieve change and strengthen laws.’
